Information you choose to share
For a cleaning enquiry, we may receive your name, phone number, email, business or site name, town or community, cleaning-service needs, preferred frequency, approximate space size and notes. Only the name, phone, email and service selection are required by the online quote form. Please do not send access codes, financial information or other sensitive details.
Online quote requests are sent through Web3Forms to our designated business inbox.
Why we use enquiry information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss the property and cleaning priorities, prepare a quote, and communicate about agreed services. A quote request does not book a service.
Form processing and technical providers
When online submission is activated, Web3Forms processes the submitted information and routes it to our business inbox. Its privacy policy describes its own handling of that information. Our hosting and email providers may also process technical connection information or enquiry messages as part of providing their services.
Cookies and information stored by the website
The website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or application cookies, and does not save form entries to a website database or browser storage. Your browser may remember entries through its own autofill or history features. Messages sent to us by email or through an activated form are separate from the website and may remain in the business inbox.
Retention and security
Enquiry and service correspondence may be needed while we respond to a request or manage an agreed service. Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence and any record-keeping requirements; no fixed deletion period is promised here. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
No website or email service can guarantee complete security. Share only the information needed to discuss your cleaning request, and arrange any sensitive property-access details directly with us.
Questions, access and corrections
To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email info@freshguardcleaning.ca or call (705) 373-2043. We may need to confirm your identity before discussing personal information, and will explain if a record needs to be retained.
